  There are good ways and bad ways to do so。 We should deal with stress in good ways, of course。 Good ways to cut down on stress include changing our lifestyles。

   For example, we can learn either to get along with people or to stay away from them。 We can decide what to do now, what to do later, and what to leave off doing forever。

   We can also figure out how to get money or we can cut down on what we want。

  As we step into grade nine,many of us get more and more nervous about the entrance examination。But I think to keep a gentle psychology is more important than study。

  Here are some tips on how to keep you relaxed。First,don't set a goal that is too hard 护涪篙皇蕻郝戈酮恭捆for you to achieve it。Second,you can have a deep breathing before you start a test。

  What's more,when you receive a poor score report,you can tell yourself,well the report doesn't stand for everything。Last but not least,you have to know that whatever the consequences are,to try your best is absolutely enough。

  In the end,I hope everybody can enjoy your age of 15 for it is a colorful part of life。
