Part-time Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Assistant) (several posts) in the Faculty of Education (Ref.: 516703) (to commence as soon as possible for 6 months on a temporary term, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and/or Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua) and capability in one or more of the following areas: (1) experience in working with seniors and children; (2) conducting interviews and preparing tranion; (3) processing statistics (especially SPSS); and (4) conducting data analysis (especially NVivo & SPSS).
The appointees will provide assistance for events in-person and online, including public education seminars and workshops, assist seniors in conducting lessons at kindergartens/primary schools, search for relevant materials for the project, conduct interviews, collect and analyze data, conduct tranion and translation, and perform other duties as assigned. Experience is an advantage but not required.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
