Its a repeat of the 2005 final and hopefully just as exciting!

Doubt Milan would throw away a 3 goal lead though this time.

  Come on you Horns!

  We will be back!

  Not sure when though.....

As I said in the other thread =(

Milan are the in form team in Europe at the moment.

Not just in the Champions League, they have been fantastic in Serie A for the last few months.

Man United got them at the wrong time, and we deserve our beating 100%.

If anyone can do it, it's Liverpool, but this Milan team is going to take some beating.

  Italian football still strong.

I actually will be routing for Liverpool, like I did in the 2005 final.

Always go for the underdog on these occasions.

I don't quite think Athens will be another Instanbul, but it will surely be a magnificent spectacle.

Drop me a PM if you would like a signature (Preferably Premiership/European Leagues requests)

We're a better side now than we were in 2005, I don't think Milan are.

I'm reasonably confident but Milan are going to come out flying and I doubt they'll slip up like they did in Istanbul so we'll have to be at the top of our game.

On tonights form Milan will walk it at least 4-0.

An off form Milan will still take it by two clear goals, the Milan arrogance of the 2005 final has gone, this time it's for real.

Shit, means we'll be wearing our white shirts:(

Repeat of the 2005, Milan will know who they're dealing with this time around! I won't predict anything at the moment, i'm ultra-confident, we can do it again!!

Anybody remember Rafa's words before the Barca game? "" we will beat barca and go through to the final against milan, we will win "

  Cheers Renegade for the sig!

Milan will be more cautious and I think Kaka will prove far too good for Liverpool's defense in the end. Gerrard will get no joy from Gattuso this time, but I won't predict a score. Milan win though.

I reckon Phil Babb's house will get robbed instead, with Rooney co-ordinating the attack, after all, he is an Evertonian.

Like I said in the other thread, we give them space and they will destroy us. We get in their face and they will start to panic and get deeper and deeper. We did that in Istanbul and it was a minor miracle that we got it back.

We have a great chance and now we have 3 weeks purely focusing on this one game.

I'm looking forward to the final now, just hope we can do it again but it won't be easy. I'm not predicting yet, it's well too early. I'll change my mind 50 times before the day. Roll on 23rd May...

In the San Siro id think Milan would beat Liverpool quite comfortably but on a neutral surface it shall be a decent game. 2-1 either way.

Are you positive? If so, damn, because our record in red in CL finals is great, and we lost the one final when we were in white...
